Welcome to WIMWTS ("When I'm With The Stars"). By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WIMWTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

WIMWTS is a video legacy messaging service that allows users to record video messages for delivery to designated recipients. The service includes:

  • Video recording and storage
  • Recipient management
  • Automated health check system
  • Secure video delivery

3. Account Registration

To use WIMWTS, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

Joining the register-interest list before launch does not create a WIMWTSaccount by itself. It only allows us to store your email, verify it, and send you a launch discount code.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WIMWTS to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to WIMWTS. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the service.

6. Health Check System

Our health check system sends periodic emails to verify your well-being. You understand and agree that:

  • Failure to respond to health checks may trigger video delivery
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact information current
  • You should configure appropriate reminder intervals and grace periods
  • We are not liable for unintended deliveries due to missed check-ins

7. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled

From time to time, WIMWTS may issue promotional or launch discount codes. Any such code may be subject to separate eligibility rules, expiry dates, plan restrictions, one-time-use limits, or future activation requirements.

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After delivery of videos to recipients, no refunds will be provided.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your videos will be permanently deleted
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • No refunds for partial billing periods (except within 30-day guarantee)

9. Limitation of Liability

WIMWTS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Technical failures or service interruptions
  • Loss of data or content
  • Unintended or failed video deliveries
  • Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
